GSM is committed to a reduction in carbon footprint. Energy costs, solvent, chemical and water usage are strictly monitored on a daily basis. Targets have been set for a reduction of consumption by 30% before June 2014.
We have installed heat pumps, energy reclamation systems and water recycling in several of our sites.
All company vehicles can now run on Biodiesel or Electricity.
Simple measures such as replacing roller shutter doors with insulated panel doors have been undertaken at all sites.
